Shipping & Delivery

Fertilisers Online/Fertilisers Direct delivers to the Perth Metro Area, within 2‐5 days after purchasing online depending on Area. Delivery rates are based on the order and location. We can deliver to street address only. We will email one day prior delivery with an estimated time of 4h window (e.g., 10am‐2 pm or 2 pm‐6pm).

For the inner suburbs of Perth, delivery of bagged products is free.

Products are shipped by AusPost (under 5kg) or a courier (more than 5kg) to WA (excluding Perth) and other states.

International shipping is available on request.

Orders that are placed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or any publicly‐recognised holidays will not be processed until the following business day. Our business days are defined as Monday through Friday with the exception of publicly‐recognised holidays, although delivery works during all days of the week.

If the premises are unattended at the time of delivery, orders will be placed in a preferred location as indicated during ordering. It will be deemed as delivered.

If a customer wants to avoid delivery charges, he/she can contact us for details of the pick-up location.

Free delivery is available for orders under 100kg for inner Perth Metro suburbs. All bulk orders are charged $80 per trip.

Privacy
Fertilisers Online/Fertilisers Direct are committed to supporting the 'National Privacy Principles for the Fair Handling of Personal Information' (HUhttp://www.privacy.gov.au/UH). What personal information do we collect and store? The personal information which we collect is needed for providing services to a customer, such as his/her name, address, telephone number or e‐mail address. Privacy law requires us to collect personal information about the customer only from the customer if it is reasonable and practical to do so. Fertilisers Online/Fertilisers Direct takes measures to ensure that personal information is protected from unauthorised access, loss, misuse, disclosure or alteration. We also take measures to destroy or permanently de‐identify personal information when it is no longer required. We may also use personal information in other ways to provide customers with superior service. This may include using personal information to advise customers of new products and services. Customers have the right to tell us that they do not want us to send information to them other than for the main purpose for which we have collected customers' personal details. If a customer needs to update information (eg. change of address), he/she can do it in the My Account section, or he/she contact us so we can make the change. We may utilise "cookies" which enable us to monitor traffic patterns and to serve customers more efficiently. A cookie does not identify a customer personally but it does identify the customer's computer. The customer can set the browser to notify when it receives a cookie and this will provide the customer with an opportunity to either accept or reject it in each instance. We will not sell or otherwise provide customer's personal information to a third party, or make any other use of customer's personal information, for any purpose which is not incidental to customer use of this website. For the removal of doubt, personal information will not be used for any purpose which a reasonable person in customer's position would not expect. 
Security of information
Unfortunately, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed as totally secure. Whilst we strive to protect such information, we do not warrant and cannot ensure the security of any information which the customer transmits to us. Accordingly, any information which the customer transmits to us is transmitted at the customer's own risk. Nevertheless, once we receive the transmission, we will take reasonable steps to preserve the security of such information. When purchasing from Fertilisers Online/Fertilisers Direct, the customer's financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 2048‐bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology. 2048‐bit SSL encryption is one of the current industry standard. Please note that Credit Card details are not stored on our website. Credit Card details are only passed through to ANZ eGate for payment processing.
Returns & Replacements
If requested by the customer, Fertilisers Online/Fertilisers Direct will refund the amount of the purchase price for products that are not delivered to the Delivery Point within 5 business days after the order is placed. Fertilisers Online/Fertilisers Direct will refund the amount of the purchase price for products to the customer if the products do not match their description on this website, and the customer returns the products undamaged and in their original container together with the delivery docket to Fertilisers Online. In the event that the customer orders products which Fertilisers Online is unable to supply, the liability of Fertilisers Online to the customer is limited to refunding the purchase price for the products to the customer.
Ordering
The customer must be at least 18 years old to place any orders with the website. By placing an order, agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, and creating a contract with us, the customer confirms that the customer is at least 18 years of age. If Fertilisers Online/Fertilisers Direct suffers any loss, financial or otherwise, because the customer's less than 18 and the customer placed an order with us, Fertilisers Online/Fertilisers Direct may, in its discretion, pursue compensation for such a loss from the customer's adult parent(s) or legal guardian(s) because the customer attempted to engage in a transaction with Fertilisers Online/Fertilisers Direct. The customer may offer to purchase goods described in the Product List subject to these terms and conditions by submitting an order as set out in this website. The order must contain the customer's name, Delivery Address, email address, credit card details and any other ordering information specified on this website. The customer will enter an order in the manner described on the website by selecting products of not less than the minimum order value prescribed on the website and pressing the "Submit Order" button. Orders will be deemed to have been received at the time of successful transmission of the Order by the customer to us. The minimum purchase amount for each order is $20.00 excluding the Delivery Fee.
Payment
 Prices in the Product List are given in Australian dollars (AUD) inclusive of goods and services tax (GST). The customer must pay the fees and charges online using the online payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, direct bank transfer, cheque and cash. For the direct bank transfer, please contact us, and we will provide details of the bank account. The products will be delivered after funds are received and cleared. If we are unable to successfully process the customer's credit card payment for the order that is accepted by us, then we may notify the customer of dishonour and cancel the order. The customer must not pay, or attempt to pay, for products through any fraudulent or unlawful means. We will provide the customer with a receipt at time of delivery which specifies the total fees and charges for the products in the order and the out of stock products including the dollar value refunded to the customer's card of purchase. Only the rightful owner of the credit card being used for payment may purchase goods. By offering payment by provision of a credit card number, the customer  warrants that he/she is an authorised user of the credit card. If a credit card payment is subsequently dishonoured for any reason the customer will remain liable for the payment of the price of the goods. The goods are offered for sale only to persons who can make legally binding contracts.
We give no undertaking as to the availability of products advertised on this website. Where an item is out of stock, the customer will not be charged for that item and we will have no liability to the customer for failure to deliver that item.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Fertilisers Online/Fertilisers Direct strongly urges customers to choose carefully and only place the order when he/she is completely ready. Once an order has been put through, Fertilisers Online will charge a fee of $15 per change or amendment to the order (including address changes and product changes) or for the cancellation of the order under all circumstances.
Customer Registration
The customer must complete an online customer application form before placing the first order. The customer should warrant that all information and data provided in the customer application is accurate, complete, and kept up to date at all times. The customer should take responsibility for the safekeeping of the username and password. Should the username and password be used by an unauthorised person then the customer should accept liabilities and agree to release and indemnify us in relation to any liability arising out of the unauthorised use of the customer’s user name and/or password.
